I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the Institute of Economics and Econometrics, University of Geneva.

My research is broadly based on Applied Microeconomics- with a focus on Environment, Resource, Development, Political Econ, Experiments, and Migration.

Updates:

• I am a researcher for Project TRANSPATH of the Horizon EU Grant (funded by the European Commission), focusing on a field experiment (RCT) in Ghana.

  - Field visits: Kumasi, Juaben, Apemso, Agona, Nkawie districts, Jan 2025.
  - Conducted a pilot study: 5 selected villages, Nkawie district - Ashanti Region, Ghana, Nov 2025. News article

• I won the IEE Best Teaching Assistant Award from the Institute of Economics and Econometrics, Geneva School of Economics and Management, University of Geneva.

• I won the INFER PhD Paper Award from the International Network for Economic Research (INFER) - for the paper Local and Multinational Comparative Advantage in the Global Mining Industry.

• I have been awarded the Subside Tremplin grant from the Equality and Diversity Service, University of Geneva - for the academic year 2025-2026.

  This grant makes it possible for female researchers at the University of Geneva to free up time in order to enrich their research portfolio, write articles, and finalize or publish their thesis.

• I visited the International Labour Organization (ILO) at the ILO-RESEARCH department to analyse the labour market outcomes of second-generation migrants , as part of a broader project series on horizontal inequalities.

• I have worked as a Consultant Economist at the International Trade Centre (ITC) to build up a framework on decarbonisation.

I served as the co-president (member of the steering committee) of the Rare Voices in Economics Association for 2 years, from 2023-2025.
