I am a PhD candidate in Economics at the Institute of Economics and Econometrics, University of Geneva.
My research is broadly based on Applied Microeconomics- with a focus on Development Economics, Environmental and Resource Economics, Migration, and Political Economy.
Updates:
- I have been awarded the Subside Tremplin grant for the academic year 2025-2026.
This grant makes it possible for female researchers at the University of Geneva to free up time in order to enrich their research portfolio, write articles, and finalize or publish their thesis.
- I am a researcher for Project TRANSPATH of the Horizon EU Grant (funded by the European Commission), focusing on a field experiment (RCT) in Ghana.
Field visits: Kumasi, Juaben, Apemso, Agona, Nkawie districts in January 2025.
I visited the International Labour Organization (ILO) at the ILO-RESEARCH department to analyse the labour market outcomes of second-generation migrants , as part of a broader project series on horizontal inequalities.
- I have worked as a Consultant Economist at the International Trade Centre (ITC) to build up a framework on decarbonisation.
I am a co-president of the Rare Voices in Economics Association.
